SHIPPING CALCULATOR
All Shipping Charges are based on FedEx Ground Shipment within the Continental United States ONLY and estimated using location, weight, and insured amount. Some heavy or bulky items may need to be recalculated and you will be notified of any additional shipping charges. If you are requiring shipment to any other region, i.e. Alaska, APO/FPO, or Hawaii, please call or email for a shipping quote. We require a physical street address for ALL shipments. If you live outside the United States or do not have a physical street address, unfortunately we may not ship to you at this time. Questions relating to FedEx may be researched at FedEx.com/us.
FREE SHIPPING
“Free Shipping” offers include free ground shipment via a carrier of our choice (typically FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery). Some oversized items (such as superchargers, third members, & some exhaust components) may not be included in “Free Shipping” offer. If your item does not qualify for FREE SHIPPING, then you will be notified prior to your order being processed. If you have any questions regarding our FREE SHIPPING promotions, please contact us.
AVAILABILITY & PRICING (“BACKORDERS”)
As a Toyota franchised dealer and Scion franchised dealer, we have access to every Genuine Toyota Part and Scion Part currently available within the United States. Occasionally, a given part may not be available from either our warehouse or Toyota's Houston-based Distribution Center (Gulf States Toyota Distribution). In this extremely rare situation, be advised that Special Order Parts from another Toyota Distribution Center can take up to 3-4 weeks. If your order is time-sensitive, we may have an option available to expedite your order through Toyota. Priority requests will incur an additional freight charge for Toyota to expedite your part order (amounts to 15% of part price). All prices (and price matching policy) found on ShopTRD.com / ToyotaOfRichardsonParts.com / USAToyotaParts.com are ONLY available when ordered through the website; Retail Prices will apply to ALL ORDERS placed at the Retail Storefront. Those who wish to save on shipping by picking up their order at the Toyota & Scion of Richardson Parts Department's Retail and must bring a printout of the "Order Confirmation" page and/or appropriate United States Government-Issued Photo Identification. Any request to honor internet pricing at the Retail Storefront will be denied; please place your order PRIOR to Pick-Up. You will receive confirmation via your registered E-mail address when the part is In-Stock and ready to be Picked-Up.
DAMAGED ITEMS
The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. You will need to fill out a damaged claim report from the carrier to be reimbursed. Please do not return these items to us as we are not responsible for the reimbursement.
PURCHASE AGREEMENT
By submitting an order, you hereby give ShopTRD.com and/or USAToyotaParts.com (owned & operated by Richardson Automotive II, L.P. d/b/a “Toyota of Richardson,” Parts Department) permission to charge your credit card for the stated purchases and agree to pay for parts ordered through the ShopTRD.com and/or USAToyotaParts.com web site, and also agree to pay any and all attorneys fees associated with collection of said amounts should a fraudulent transaction occur.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

RETURN POLICY
VERIFY ORDER PRIOR TO PLACEMENT
Please verify ALL Purchase information PRIOR to submitting you order, including part #'s and ensuring what you are ordering will work for your application. Once you submit an order and receive an order confirmation, it is considered a sale. If you later decide to cancel the order, there will be a processing fee of 15% (should you cancel prior to shipment).
PLEASE INSPECT IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL, PRIOR TO DISSASSEMBLY
Please open and inspect your order immediately upon arrival; verify that all parts have been received and are undamaged. Please check container(s) thoroughly to avoid discarding parts that may be wrapped in packing materials. MISSING OR DAMAGED PARTS
If you have missing or damaged parts, we will be happy to help. Please contact us via Phone: (214) 299-8339 or E-mail: within 24-hours of receipt (1 business day); please note the person to whom you talked and/or keep a copy of your e-mail for your records. Should parts be missing or damaged, we will supply you with replacement(s) for the missing/damaged component(s) via UPS Ground Service. ShopTRD.com and/or USAToyotaParts.com (owned & operated by Richardson Automotive II, L.P. d/b/a “Toyota of Richardson,” Parts Department) will not pay to "upgrade shipping" even if an error occurred on our part, but we will be happy to provide you the option to upgrade shipping at your expense and expedite the order.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
If you receive a part damaged during shipment, please contact your local FedEx office within 48-hours of delivery to file a damage claim for replacement. Once claims are finalized with the shipper (and only then) will we send out the replacement part(s).
RETURNS
You have 15-days from the date of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting ShopTRD.com and/or USAToyotaParts.com (owned & operated by Richardson Automotive II, L.P. d/b/a “Toyota of Richardson,” Parts Department) by Phone: (214) 299-8339 opt. 2, E-mail: , or selecting "Return Item" on the Order Status page; please note the person to whom you talked and/or keep a copy of your e-mail for your records. All returns will be subject to a 25% Restocking Fee. Special Order Parts, Used Parts, and Electrical Parts are not subject to an RMA and may not be returned, no exceptions. If you refuse a package, you will be billed for the return shipping in addition to the initial shipping and any restocking fees unless specifically instructed to refuse shipment by USAToyotaParts.com/ShopTRD.com or one of it's agents. All returns MUST HAVE an RMA # CLEARLY MARKED ON PACKAGE AND be accompanied by ORIGINAL INVOICE, no exceptions.
Upon receipt, we will inspect the part(s) and credit the correct account in a timely manner. We reserve the right to refuse and return any parts found to have been installed, used, or not meeting the return criteria found above.
